New Step Down Home

This is a 6 bed facility located within Wichita Falls, TX. It’s a supportive and warm living environment to make a transition from long-term hospitalization to a less restrictive community setting. The residents fulfill a main criterion of long-term hospitalization. The length of stay at this facility is a year with consideration for up to an additional year. 

The ultimate goal is a transition to independent living within a community. This ultimate goal is facilitated by HFC’s intensive service array of medication services, skills training, counseling, supported services and peer services.
